The Best Products for Sensitive Skin

Finding the right products for your skin type is hard for anyone. Whether you have dry skin, oily skin, redness, acne etc. But when you throw sensitivity in with all of those it gets harder to find something that won’t irritate your skin. I’ve tried many products from cleansers to moisturizers and I still struggle to keep one single product that I can say is the best. Although I do tend to switch up my products quite frequently, I’ll list you some of the cleansers and masks that I’ve kept for quite awhile without any issues.

My skin type is typically oily, acne and very sensitive. The key to success when it comes to your face is proper cleansing daily. My favorite cleanser to wash away my makeup is Clinique’s “Take the Day Off” cleansing balm. I must say I’ve never had a cleanser that didn’t make me breakout like crazy, until I started using this. Its natural oils remove all of your makeup flawlessly without leaving your skin all red. However, there are some days that I give my face a break from the cleanser and simply use the “Erase your Face” face cloth to remove my makeup, and I think it works great for those days that your skin needs a break! 11054489-1418988878-974459.jpg

I also like to use Fab First Aid Beauty’s “Facial Radiance Pads”. These tend to help exfoliate, tone and brighten your skin. These are great because they are specially made for people with sensitive skin!

The last cleanser I like to use a few times a week is Kate Somerville’s “Exfolikate”. I typically use it when I have breakouts to get a deep cleanse and hope to clear up my skin. It is such a great product and truly has helped the look of my skin.

My go to mask for those break out days would be Lush’s “Mask of Magnaminty”. Not only does it cleanse your skin, but also its oils clear your pores of debris, it exfoliates dead skin, calms redness and moisturizes your face. closeup_0fca67c07357f3c9f3d70df01f5b216cebf8ac0a_1493208520_15877_PeterThomasRoth_WEB.jpg

I like to use Peter Thomas Roth’s “Cucumber Gel Mask” once a week to detox my face but also to leave it fully moisturized. I have not yet found a moisturizer that does not irritate my skin, so I think this product does its job when it comes to quenching my faces thirst.

Last but not least, I adore Grace & Stella’s “Anti-Wrinkle + Energizing Eye Masks”. These are amazing for those nights that you just didn’t get enough sleep! They remove the puffiness of your eye bags, remove those dark circles and perk up your eyes! It literally leaves you feeling more awake; it is the perfect treatment for your morning routine!
